These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store Tačke v objektivu, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The provider undertakes to always make the following information available to the customer:

  • company identity,
  • contact details,
  • essential characteristics of products or services,
  • prices (clearly and unambiguously stated),
  • delivery conditions,
  • payment methods,
  • validity period of the offer,
  • conditions for withdrawal from the contract,
  • explanation of the complaint procedure.

4. Product Offer

Products in the online store may include:

  • physical products (e.g., keychains, frames, toys),
  • digital products (e.g., digital photographs),
  • personalized products made to order.

Product photos are symbolic. The provider reserves the right to minor deviations in color or appearance due to technical display limitations.


5. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR.

VAT is calculated in accordance with applicable legislation (if the provider is VAT liable).

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


6. Order Procedure

  1. The customer selects a product and adds it to the cart.
  2. The customer enters the required information.
  3. The customer selects the delivery and payment method.
  4. The customer confirms the order.

After submitting the order, the customer receives an email confirmation of receipt.

The sales contract is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order.


7. Payment Methods

Available payment methods (adjust as appropriate):

  • bank transfer (pro forma invoice),
  • payment by credit/debit card,
  • PayPal,
  • cash on delivery.

8. Delivery

Products are dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery is carried out via a contracted delivery partner (e.g., Pošta Slovenije or another provider).

Delivery costs are clearly stated at checkout.


9. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized products,
  • products made to order,
  • digital content if delivery has already begun and the customer has expressly agreed to the start of the download.

The customer must return the product within 14 days of notifying the provider of withdrawal.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless agreed otherwise.


10. Complaints and Defects

The customer may claim material defects in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. Personal Data Protection

The provider respects user privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

Data will not be shared with third parties, except with contractual partners (e.g., delivery services) when necessary to fulfill the order.

All photographs, texts, and other materials on the Tačke v objektivu website are protected by copyright.

Any copying or reproduction of content without the provider’s written permission is prohibited.


13. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for resolving disputes.

The customer may resolve disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.


14. Final Provisions

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

Changes enter into force on the day they are published on the website.
